Make Local Insights Drive Global Product Success
Are you passionate about shrimp farming and interested in turning field experience into better products? As the Regional Product Application Manager, you will play a key role in connecting Product Management with the realities of the market.
Working closely with customers, commercial teams and technical colleagues across Southeast Asia, you will collect valuable market insights, coordinate product validation trials and generate the evidence that helps optimise the Health portfolio. Your work will directly contribute to improving product application, strengthening technical recommendations and supporting future product development.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyse regional market needs, customer feedback and product performance data.
- Translate field results into practical recommendations for product application, protocols and product optimisation.
- Develop technical documentation and evidence-based product argumentation to support Product Management, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Collaborate closely with Global Technical Experts and Regional Technical Support to ensure products are adapted and applied for regional farming conditions.
- Contribute regional insights to support continuous product improvement and Local-for-Local innovation.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience in shrimp farming, with a strong understanding of health product application and aquaculture production systems in Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience designing, coordinating or analysing technical field trials.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical data into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across international teams.
- Fluent in English; an additional regional language is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia.
