Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to support our Poultry and Aquaculture business in Malaysia.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between the company and farm producers, promoting pharmaceutical and biological products while providing technical support. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver value to aquaculture and poultry producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling company products and services.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver product training to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support product launches and pre-launch activities.
• Assist the technical team with field trials and research studies, including:
  • Site selection
  • Protocol implementation
  • Sample and data collection
  • Timeline coordination
• Prepare timely sales reports and documentation.
• Travel extensively within assigned territories.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry or aquaculture farming, or animal health pharmaceuticals.
• Fluency in:
  • English
  • Chinese
  • Bahasa Malaysia
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.

Preferred

• Previous experience in aquaculture animal health products.
